Core conversations
Eira uses Apple’s Foundation Models framework to generate core chat responses on a compatible iPhone. Eira does not send your prompts or generated responses to an Eira-operated AI server. Conversation history is stored in the app’s local Application Support storage on your device.
Accounts and identifiers
Eira’s core experience does not require an account, sign-in, or third-party AI API key. The current app architecture does not include an Eira account service, advertising system, or tracking SDK.
Analytics and diagnostics
The current Eira application is designed without analytics, telemetry, remote logging, or third-party SDKs. It does not intentionally transmit app usage or crash reports to Eira. Device-level diagnostic sharing that you separately enable with Apple is governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s policies.
iCloud and backups
Eira does not currently provide iCloud conversation sync. Your device or backup settings may affect how app data is backed up by the operating system; review those settings to understand and control device backups.
Your controls
You can delete an individual conversation from its chat menu. You can remove all locally stored conversations from Eira’s Settings screen. Deleting the app also removes its local app container, subject to any device backups you control.
Support messages
If you email support, your message, email address, and any information you choose to include will be handled by the email services used to receive and answer your request. Do not include private conversation content unless it is necessary for your request. Support contact details and retention practices must be confirmed before release.
This website
This site includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies, or account system. Its hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address and browser details, to operate and secure the service. Hosting and logging practices must be reviewed before release.
Apple Intelligence
Eira relies on Apple Intelligence and Apple’s Foundation Models framework. Your use of Apple products and services is also subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If Eira’s data practices or features change, this page will be updated and its effective date revised. Any future cloud feature will require a separate, explicit privacy review.
